Show and tell

I don't want to appear the over critical parent, and I am impressed by this unsolicited account of his day out (by lorcan), but it was Friday - our day trip - not satday.

Humber bridge

Hull's answer to the golden gate bridge... One can only assume this is what passes as aspirational dreams in Hull.

Hull

Hull, a place which throws life into perspective.  Stood near the docks it is easy to imagine it a bustling area, but hard to imagine it ever being prosperous...

Geek!

Not sure what the ear defenders are for.... So he stays in the zone I guess

Coffee ( well, ribena ) and a snack...

Bedtime

Today's reason for not going to bed... We need to finish our electronics project!

Some of the unseasonably deep snow from last week.  It's not every Easter school holiday you get to play in 7 foot drifts!!

Another nice haul of eggs this Easter.

Two in one day!

Ok, first things first, an up to date picture of the boys.  Taken yesterday evening when ( as is common ) the sun decided to make it's debut about half an hour before setting!  So out we went on the scooters wrapped up to the nines to keep out the persistent and cold North wind

..err not exactly prolific is it?

So three years ago tomorrow I started this blog with the aim of blogging my daily life and stuff that will be boring to most but will (hopefully) be of some interest to family and friends.

A lot has changed in three years, not least the ability to blog - competently - from my phone, so that is the latest plan.

Hopefully I will be able to output more that one post every three years now.... technology eh...
